Penn State Dance Alliance is a dance team at Penn State University. Founded in 2007, we are committed to growing and enhancing the dance community both on campus and in our community. While we are primarily based in jazz technique, we enjoy performing all styles and genres of dance at our various campus performances.

PSDA has two primary components: Open Classes and a Performance Team. Open Classes are offered a few times a month in a variety of dance styles. These classes are taught by a member of the PSDA performance team, and are open to anyone and everyone of any dance background! Logistically, the team is completely student-run and is continuously striving to grow and improve involvement within the Penn State Community.

The PSDA performance team, comprised of 20-25 girls chosen via tryouts, performs at several events within Penn State. These events include HUB celebrations, varsity sporting events, homcecoming week festivities, and THON. In addition to these performances, PSDA also holds an annual showcase each year. The showcase features various genres of dance and is a great event for our friends and families! Visit our youtube page under the "Videos" tab to view some of our recent performances, and our "Audition Info" page for more tryout information.
